2025年10月5日、石川県小松市尾小屋町にて開催される「尾小屋デー」にてカラミの街保存会が主催するOGOYA KARAMI STAGE -カラミの街に立つｰを開催します。

プロジェクションマッピングとは、建物など立体物や壁面などにプロジェクターで映像を投影して幻想的な視覚効果を生み出す技術・表現手法です。映画のように平面のスクリーンではなく、実在する立体物自体を「スクリーン」として、投影する形状に合わせた映像を貼り付ける（マッピング）ことで、物体そのものが映像で変身しているかのような一体感を創出します。

本イベントプロジェクションマッピング『デジタル掛け軸』の創始者である長谷川章氏が旧尾小屋鉱山精錬所壁面に幻想的な風景を生み出します。

On October 5, 2025, the “OGOYA KARAMI STAGE - Standing in Karami Town” event, hosted by the Karami no machi hozonkai- preservation society, will be held at the “Ogaya Day” Festival in Ogaya Town, Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture.

On the day, in addition to the mine trolley experience ride and KiHa 3 series train experience ride (at the Ogoya Mine Museum and Poppo Kisha Exhibition Hall) hosted by the “Natsukashi no Ogoya Teatsudo wo Mamorukai Preservation Society,” our preservation society will hold a Karami Town tour and various mining-related experience workshops at the Ogoya Mine Museum.

Projection mapping is a technology and artistic technique that creates fantastical visual effects by projecting images onto three-dimensional objects such as buildings or walls using projectors. Unlike a flat movie screen, it uses the actual physical object itself as the “screen.” By mapping images that conform to the projected shape onto the surface, it creates a sense of unity where the object itself seems to transform through the imagery.

Akira Hasegawa, the originator of this event's projection mapping ‘Digital KAKEJIKU Hanging Scroll’, will create fantastical landscapes on the walls of the former Ogoya Mine Refinery.
